Season Schedule

Teams are encouraged to request all schedule changes before the season begin. Its is extremely difficult to make accomodation once season start. However, MCA will consider certain accomodations in special circumstances during the season as well.

All Season schedule requests should be addressed to the MCA Secretary and Vice President.

In addition to regular practice slots during the week, can teams practice at the nets on Fridays, Sat, or Sundays?
Teams are free to practice any day that isn’t alloted to other teams. There is no restriction on practicing over the weekend. You do not need to inform MCA in advance of any such activity.

Roster Management

Please refer to the reference document posted under Umpires Corner -> Downloads.

Access Team Profiles on the menu:

Find your team name i.e Friends, and click the link
Enter your password. If you don’t have a password yet, contact the webmaster.
Click on Manage Roster and it should be self explainatory.

I am a new Player and never been a part of MCA.
Any new player who has never been part of MCA should send a request to webmaster (OR anyone can send on his behalf) to have an account created. Once he is in the system, Teams can add him to their roster. For any other inquiry or joining opportunities, please contact the MCA Secretary.

I am an existing player and want to transfer to a different team this year.

Before the Season begins and within first 4 weeks: Any existing player no matter how many games he has played in the past 3 years, should contact his existing team to release him from the roster. Once released, teams can add him to their roster.

After the first 4 weeks: Refer to MCA 40 Over Rule Book OR Contact MCA Secretary for further instructions.

We had made some mistakes in our last game scorecard and due to that MCA web site is showing incorrect stats. The mistake has been corrected, but I was wondering will the updated changes be picked up by the MCA website or do we get stuck with the original entries?
Automated site updates occur twice during the week and all changes/edits are recorded, and reflected on the website. If needed, teams can also send a request to the Assistant Vice President for further processing.
